- buy fake flowers, any colour & type you like. Put them in a vase and spray them with your favorite scent
- buy a notebook and carry it with you everywhere. Write down things that make you happy in the moment, story ideas, dreams, your favorite recipes, aspirations, etc
- fill your life with your favorite colour(s), even if they dont match. Pens, nail polish, hair ties, toothbrush, etc
- take pictures of everything! Of your friends, yourself, yours/ other ppl’s pet(s), flowers, art, store fronts, etc things that you’d like to see again
- clean out your room. only keep things that have a functional purpose and/ or make you happy
- keep a binder full of happy things. Notes you and your friends exchanged in elementary school, photos of younger you smiling and playing in the mud, birthday cards people made for you, stickers you found too precious to use, etc. Look through it whenever you want.
- paint with your fingers, or model clay with your fingers! The result can be as messy or clean & professional as you’d like, but feel the materials you are working with
